Job Role: Relief Cleaning Operative

Working Hours: Zero hours

Pay: £13.45 per hour

Location: Accenture Cobalt 9c, Cobalt Business Park, Quick Silver Way, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE27 0QQ

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services for an experienced cleaner to join the cleaning team as a Relief Cleaning Operative.

Duties include
  • Cleaning of designated areas, ensuring the agreed cleaning specification is completed as per site instructions.
  • Emptying bins, ensuring recycled waste is disposed of correctly.
  • Attending to spillages by cleaning up within an efficient timeframe to prevent accidents and ensure site and staff safety.
  • Following H&S and COSHH regulations.
  • Using site-specific equipment, machinery and handling chemicals.
  • Proactively interacting with on-site clients and customers, offering superb customer service.
  • Carrying out any other reasonable management requests.
Requirements
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • Flexibility to cover shifts as and when required.
  • Reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work.
