Relief Care Champion: Empowering Lives

United Response in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, is seeking a Relief Support Worker to empower the people we support in leading their lives. You will build meaningful relationships and assist with day-to-day activities in line with personal support plans.

Responsibilities include dressing, personal care, finances, medication, appointments, employment, volunteering and hobbies, with training provided to use the Nourish app and full DBS checks completed by the organisation.
