We are seeking an experienced and reliable Relief Café Manager to support the smooth running of our café during managers absences, busy periods, and peak trading times.

This is a hands on leadership role, ideal for someone flexible, organised, and passionate about great food, coffee, and customer service.

• Lead, motivate, and support the café team
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally
• Manage opening and closing procedures
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and minimise wastage
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are met
• Handle cash, tills, and basic admin accurately

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Confident working independently and adapting quickly to new teams
• Passionate about high quality service and standards
• Flexible availability (including early mornings, weekends, or short notice cover)
