We are looking for a hands-on Reliability Engineer to join a multidisciplinary tech team within a leading financial institution. The goal is to improve platform stability, reduce technical debt, and support strategic development initiatives.



About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Reliability Engineer to join a multidisciplinary tech team within a leading financial institution. The goal is to improve platform stability, reduce technical debt, and support strategic development initiatives.



Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to architecture, design, and backend development
  • Write clean, testable, and scalable code, including unit, integration and E2E tests
  • Take part in on-call rotations and operational ownership of backend services
  • Collaborate closely with frontend, UX, Salesforce, analysts, and product owners
  • Actively stay up to date with relevant technologies and best practices


Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Node.js (Typescript) and Python
  • Experience with AWS services including Lambda, Step Functions and DynamoDB
  • Familiarity with serverless architectures
  • Proficiency in working with REST APIs
  • Ability to contribute to light frontend tasks when needed
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and self-management skills


Required Skills:

Pay range and compensation package:

Salary indication: €6,000 - €8,000 gross per month
