Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from enquiry to move-in, including initial contact, hosting tours, follow-ups, and overseeing assessments and reservations.
  • Champion the Loveday brand as a trusted, knowledgeable and empathetic advisor.
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager, clinical and lifestyle teams to ensure a seamless handover and exceptional Member experience.
  • Build relationships with key referral partners including healthcare professionals, private client advisers and community stakeholders to drive qualified enquiries and promote awareness of Loveday.
  • Proactively maintain CRM data (Salesforce) to ensure accurate lead tracking, next steps, and pipeline reporting.
  • Support the wider Relationship team with events, open days and community engagement opportunities to strengthen our local presence.
What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury membership, property sales, hospitality, or high-end customer service.
  • Proven ability to convert high-value leads through relationship building, listening, and confident presentation.
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Commercial awareness, resilience, and a strong results-driven mindset.
  • A team player who brings energy, collaboration, and professionalism to everything they do.
  • Able to work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends to support tours or events.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and a comfort working across digital tools and platforms.
Person Specification
  • Education / Qualifications - Educated to degree level in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience / Knowledge - Proven experience in a sales or relationship management role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets; Strong working knowledge of CRM systems; Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); Solid understanding of the consultative sales process and sales performance metrics; Extensive experience dealing directly with customers, clients, or Members in a high-end, service-driven environment; Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to close; Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively across all levels
  • Ability / Skills - Collaborative team player with a strong sense of accountability and ownership; Self-motivated with a results-driven approach; Ability to prioritise, manage workload effectively, and meet deadlines; Strong attention to detail and organisation; Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

Eligibility
