What You Will Do

As a Relationship Manager you will represent ampliFI Loyalty Solutions to an assigned set of clients. You will be responsible for forming and maintaining connections with those clients. The Relationship Manager will work to support and to ensure client commitments are meet. At ampliFI Loyalty Solutions we strive to preserve relationships and maximize client experiences.

How You Will Contribute

  • In charge of day-to-day operations of assigned client/programs.
  • Develop client relationships through phone calls and email to strengthen our client relationships.
  • Responsible for overall client satisfaction.
  • Educate and inform clients about the company's products, services
  • Alert management team of issues or escalations.
  • Function as the liaison between clients and operations staff.
  • Submits requests for new development work and client projects.
  • Identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure requests are resolved within appropriate timeframes.
  • Monitor service delivery to identify areas for improvement and development of action plans.
The Expertise you Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalentrelevant work experience
  • 3years of related experience in financial services industry required
  • 3 years of client management experience required
  • Organization skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones. The role operates in a work from home environment, unless located in the Chicagoland area. You must reside in one of the following states to be considered for this position:

Travel

Occasionalout-of-area and overnight travel maybe expected and could be up to 5%.

The compensation range listed below represents the potential salary for this role at the time of posting. However, the final salary may be higher or lower than the stated range, and this range may be adjusted in the future. An employee's placement within the salary range will depend on various factors, including but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any applicable collective bargaining agreements, and the needs of the business or organization. The salary range for this role is $70,000-$90,000.
