Salary & Benefits

Salary up to £80,000, on target earnings are a further 30% of base salary with bonuses payable quarterly but with potential to earn up to 500% of base salary. Plus all usual large company benefits including a company car and a generous contributory pension.

Company Overview

Our client is a leading asset financier that has successfully placed over 50 staff in similar roles since 2000. They are looking to add a Relationship Manager to their highly successful construction & recycling asset focused sales team in North West or North East England.

Role Responsibilities

Your role is to identify and prospect for new direct or dealer-driven business, typically in the SME & SMB space, across your sales area.

Targets are very reasonable and reflect the strong new business nature of the role, with a typical annual target of £6m.

You will be expected to largely self-source your own business but will be supported by management.

We will be happy to share details of the target and typical selling rates with suitably qualified applicants.

Candidate Profile

Applicants must live within the sales area and ideally have a background in direct asset finance, especially construction and recycling assets.

Any hard asset direct finance background is acceptable.

Applicants with experience in construction and recycling asset sales who wish to develop a career in asset finance are also welcome, as they will receive excellent training.

We are looking for genuine new business hunters with the skills to cold call, canvass, and close.

We value the ability to close at a profitable price over cost of funds.
