Job Description

As a Regulatory Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organisation's compliance with industry regulations and standards. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects that align with CACI's strategic objective and regulatory requirements. Your expertise in project management methodologies and understanding of regulatory frameworks will ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget and in compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Project Planning and Management
  • Proactively identifying and managing risks on projects and producing associated risk registers; Providing regular status reporting against key deliverables, risk, issues and project cost
  • Early identification and management of internal/external dependencies across the Project/Programme.
  • Plan and manage projects, including documentation of project scope, scheduling and monitoring of delivery; organisation and leadership of governance meetings; preparation and distribution of progress reports; management and monitoring of budget and communication with relevant stakeholders.
  • Responsible for the management and delivery of one or more projects in accordance with Project Management Methodology, including managing project scope, documenting Business Requirement monitoring, Budget assumptions, dependencies, resourcing and governance.
  • Take projects from original concept through final implementation, ensuring delivery on-time and in line with budget
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Foster strong working relationship with Key Stakeholders e.g. Business Sponsors, Development & Commercial Team, Compliance,
  • Proactively identify program risks, manage and escale where appropriate, working with stakeholders to keep projects moving and on track
  • Facilitate decision-making by identifying key stakeholders and surfacing the required information to make critical decisions
  • Provide clear and concise project communication; both written and verbal
Risk Management
  • Perform risk management analysis to minimize project risks
  • Implement a Risk Register and Issue Log throughout the lifecycle of the Project
