Regulatory Lawyer - Fitness to Practise & Court Hearings

Jobtailor seeks a qualified solicitor or barrister with regulatory law experience to deliver high quality adjudication outcomes for NMC registrants in a person-centred way. You will present hearings before the NMC's practice committees and review fitness to practise cases for practice committees, including High Court applications.

You will collaborate with head and senior lawyers for technical supervision and professional development, ensuring accurate legal advice under tight deadlines with
