Regulatory Lawyer - Advocacy & Hearings

The Nursing and Midwifery Council is seeking a CPP Lawyer to join its Case Preparation and Presentation team in London or Edinburgh. You will review and prepare fitness to practise cases for practice committees and present hearings, with rights of audience where applicable.

You will bring a UK practising certificate and advocacy experience, the ability to deliver accurate legal advice under tight deadlines, and a person-centred approach.
