Sr. Manager, Regulatory Compliance / Director of Compliance & Quality Assurance

Our client is seeking an accomplished compliance leader to oversee corporate regulatory, quality assurance, and accreditation operations for a nationally recognized healthcare organization. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure every aspect of the organization-from clinical services to corporate governance-meets or exceeds federal and state regulatory standards while driving excellence in quality and performance.

Compensation $120,000-$150,000 base salary. Up to $10,000 annual bonus opportunity.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee corporate regulatory compliance and quality assurance programs.
• Maintain compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, MHPAEA, and ACA regulations.
• Manage corporate licenses and Knox-Keene filings.
• Direct accreditation and audit processes (URAC, NCQA, etc.).
• Lead appeals, complaints, and external review processes.
• Supervise compliance and QA staff, providing training and guidance.
• Partner with legal counsel and leadership on regulatory initiatives.

What You'll Need to be Considered:

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Juris Doctor degree with an advanced degree in clinical counseling.
• Knox-Keene regulatory expertise.
• Deep understanding of healthcare compliance and quality standards.
• Experience with case management, utilization review, and accreditation.
• Proven ability to lead teams and communicate across all organizational levels.
