Regulatory Compliance Advisor - Financial Services

Jobtailor is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support Penfold teams with practical, proportionate advice on FCA rules, pensions regulation and data protection. You will handle incident management, monitoring, regulatory change assessment and MI, while collaborating across the business and guiding junior colleagues.

We require 2-3 years in financial services compliance, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage priorities with minimal supervision.
