Job Description

Taylor Root, on behalf of a leading financial services client, is seeking a Regulated Funds/Asset Management Lawyer to join the dynamic legal team. You will advise on complex fund structures, regulatory issues, and governance across the investment funds spectrum.

Key duties include handling UCITS and AIFs, drafting and negotiating fund documentation, and providing strategic advice on MiFID, PRIIPs and SFDR, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and regulators.
