Regulated Funds Counsel: Funds Structuring & Regulation

Taylor Root is seeking a Regulated Funds/Asset Management Lawyer to join its dynamic legal team. You will advise on investment funds, including UCITS and AIFs, and collaborate with key stakeholders across the business.

The role requires 2-7+ years PQE, strong regulatory knowledge (MiFID, PRIIPs, SFDR), and excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. This is a high-profile, cross-border position offering exposure to sophisticated funds matters in a collaborative, fast-paced
