You will work closely with referral clinicians, the ECC Manager, nursing colleagues, and leadership teams to ensure patients receive the highest standards of care throughout the night.Your responsibilities will include:Nursing complex referral and ECC patients overnightMonitoring and managing ICU and inpatient casesSupporting patient recovery and continuity of careWorking collaboratively across multiple referral disciplinesContributing to high clinical standards and team efficiencyPrevious referral or out of hours experience would be beneficial, but it is not essential.
