Job Description
Overview

An established property firm in Co. Kildare is seeking an experienced Registered Valuer to join its professional services team. The successful candidate will undertake a broad range of residential & commercial property and land valuations, delivering high-quality reports for personal, probate, and bank purposes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive valuations of residential & commercial properties, agricultural land, and development land.
  • Prepare clear, accurate valuation reports for:
    • Private clients
    • Probate and family settlement matters
    • Lending institutions / secured lending
  • Undertake site inspections, market research, and comparative analysis in line with industry standards.
  • Ensure all valuation work adheres to RICS/TEGoVA/Blue Book standards (depending on candidate accreditation).
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, solicitors, banks, and internal teams.
  • Keep up-to-date with local market trends, regulatory updates, and valuation best practice.
Qualifications
  • Registered Valuer status (RICS or equivalent recognised accreditation).
  • Proven experience in residential property, commercial property, and land valuation.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics in Kildare and the wider Leinster region.
  • Experience with estate management, land measurement, or development appraisals.
  • Strong knowledge of planning frameworks and zoning considerations.
  • Ability to work independently while managing a diverse and time-sensitive workload.
  • Full driver's licence and access to own transport for site visits.
