Registered Practical Nurse - Senior Care & Care Plan Lead

Extendicare is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our care team in a part-time role. Reporting to the Director of Care, you will provide planned, patient-centered nursing care, assess residents, administer medications, and ensure documentation meets provincial standards.

You will work with an interprofessional team, coordinate care plans, support families, and uphold Extendicare's values and infection control and safety policies.
