Role OverviewAs a Registered Nursing Associate, you'll work closely with Registered Nurses to deliver planned care in patients' homes. You'll collaborate with Specialist Services, Complex Care, Allied Health Professionals, Adult Social Care, and voluntary organisations to provide holistic, integrated support. This role offers a supportive environment for newly qualified RNAs and opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver patient-centred care under the supervision of Registered Nurses
- Support patients with physical, mental, and behavioural health needs
- Participate in care planning and implementation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain accurate records and uphold clinical governance standards
- Engage in continuous professional development and training
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives
- Nursing Associate registration with NMC
- Level 5 Foundation Degree or Higher Apprenticeship in Nursing Associate
- GCSE Grade A-C in Maths and English or equivalent (Skills Level 2)
- Understanding of the RNA role within a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of Clinical Governance principles
- Experience supporting individuals in a healthcare setting
- Care Certificate
- Experience working in a community setting
- £27,485-£30,162 annual salary (Band 4, pro rata)
