Job Responsibilities- Deliver physical, psychological, and social care to residents
- Create tailored care plans and conduct risk assessments
- Provide medication safely and in line with regulatory frameworks
- Use professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care
- Strong knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
- Experience producing care plans and detailed risk assessments
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
- Compassionate, dedicated, and person-centred approach to nursing

- Essential: Current NMC registration, knowledge of clinical practices, experience with care plans and risk assessments
