Job Description

We are hiring a Registered Nurse for one of the best Nursing Homes in Dublin who is passionate about improving the quality of life of their residents and places a strong importance on social, physical, and mental stimulation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Give individuals with dementia top-notch nursing care, including assessment, care plan development, execution, and evaluation.
  • Providing patients with excellent, caring nursing care, making sure that their mental, emotional, and physical needs are satisfied with tact and understanding.
  • Collaborating with other medical specialists, such as doctors, therapists, and support personnel, to guarantee patients receive thorough and well-coordinated care.
  • Excellent critical thinking and clinical evaluation skills, with an emphasis on person-centered care.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and a positive outlook on opportunities and problems in dementia care.
Requirements

Ideally one year or more experience in elder care; however, candidates seeking to begin a new career path are also welcome

Recognised nursing qualification

Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)

Eligible to obtain Garda clearance

Suitable character references

Fluent spoken and written English
