Registered Nurse
Location: Forefaulds Care Home, 33-39 Blackbraes Road, East Kilbride, South Lanarkshire, G74 3JY
Salary: £20.96 per hour
Shift options: Various options available including; days, evenings, nights & alternate weekends

First and foremost - we work together as a team to enrich our residents' lives. You'll:
- Provide the highest quality of personalised care to residents in line with their individual care plans that you prepare and monitor
- Regularly communicate with residents, their families and staff both verbally and in writing
- Undertake comprehensive, systematic and accurate nursing assessments of the physical, psychological and social needs of residents
- Be kind and supportive in every way to residents, their families and colleagues
You'll be expected to be a Registered Nurse in good standing with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and to work in a clinical setting with infection control, nutrition, moving and handling, wound care, phlebotomy and drug administration as appropriate.
Qualifications and Skills- Teamwork; a happy team supports happy residents and a happy home
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
- Experience of working in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication and a flexible approach
- Keen to support older people with dignity and respect
- Ability to use the Nursing Process to formulate initial Nursing Diagnosis from data and to plan, prioritise and manage care
- Experience of infection control, nutrition, moving and handling, wound care, phlebotomy and drug administration
