Job Description

Registered Nurse

£20.96 per hour

Full time hours available

Relocation package and £3,000 welcome bonus available.

  • A clinical training team provides courses to support our nurses with clinical knowledge and skills

  • Work together as a team to enrich residents' lives while supporting colleagues and having fun
  • Give the highest quality of personalised care in line with individual care plans you prepare and monitor
  • Communicate regularly with residents, families and staff both verbally and in writing
  • Provide comprehensive, systematic and accurate nursing assessments of the physical, psychological and social needs of residents

What skills do I need?
  • Team work - a happy team makes for happy residents and a happy home
  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
  • Experience of working in a clinical setting
  • Good communication skills and a flexible approach
  • Kind and genuinely respectful towards older people and their needs
  • Use a good nursing process to formulate initial Nursing Diagnosis by collecting data, prioritising and managing care
  • Experience of infection control, nutrition, moving and handling, wound care, phlebotomy and drug administration
