We are currently recruiting nurses for upcoming opportunities within established private healthcare groups operating nursing homes across Ireland.
These positions are based in elderly care settings and offer stable long term employment, structured shifts, professional development opportunities, and supportive multidisciplinary teams.
We are looking to connect with EU-qualified nurses, as well as non-EU nurses who hold a critial worker work permit or Stamp 4.
Our team provides guidance throughout the recruitment and relocation process, including support with registration, documentation, and work permit procedures where applicable.
Role OverviewThe Registered Nurse will be responsible for the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of care for residents within the nursing home environment. The role is clinical in nature, with healthcare assistants supporting much of the direct manual care.
Key Responsibilities- Medication management and administration
- Care planning and resident assessments
- Monitoring resident wellbeing and clinical condition
- Coordination with healthcare assistants and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

Candidate Requirements- EU passport or EU working rights
- Nursing qualification recognised within the EU
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Willingness to work within elderly care settings
- Team-oriented and compassionate approach
- Previous experience in Ireland is valued but not essential
