Registered Nurse - Children's Home-Based Care

CoAction West Cork is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Children's Services and Home Support team in West Cork. The post involves delivering home-based nursing care to children with complex needs within the community, acting as keyworker and coordinating medical care.

Reporting to the Children's Services Coordinator/Nurse Co-ordinator, you will work across designated geographical areas, ensure high professional standards, maintain records, and contribute to service development.
