Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored nursing care in accordance with individual care plans
• Administer medication and monitor health needs
• Lead shifts and support care staff to provide exceptional care
• Work collaboratively with families, GPs, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate records in line with NMC standards

Requirements

• 6 months experience
• NMC Registered Nurse - RGN or RMN
• A genuine passion for elderly and dementia care
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Right to work in the UK
