  • Location: Ribchester, PR3 (School site)
  • Salary: Up to £54,995.20 per annum (DOE)
  • Working Hour: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
  • Service: Children's Home (Ofsted registered) - residential provision linked to a specialist education setting
  • Service Users: Young people aged 8-18 with Autistic Spectrum and associated complex needs
  • Qualifications Required: Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children)
  • Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years' experience within a similar role
  • Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time

  • Number of Beds: 3-bedroom Ofsted registered children's residential home ️
  • Location: Ribchester (on the Brook View School site)
  • Type of YPs: Autism and associated complex needs (young people 8-18)
Who we are looking for

We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident Registered Manager to join the senior management team and lead a stable, committed staff group (Team Leaders and Support Workers). You will provide strong, strategic leadership to drive regulatory success and ensure children and young people experience a safe, nurturing home where life skills and independence are developed alongside education, care and clinical support.

You will be able to demonstrate:

  • A highly developed awareness of safeguarding and safer working practices ️
  • Strong leadership and team management capability
  • A sound understanding of the challenges associated with Autism and complex needs
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure effective, compliant day-to-day running of the home
  • Confidence working within a multi-disciplinary environment (care, therapy and education)
  • The ability to build strong professional relationships and support families
