Registered Manager - Supported Living - Staffordshire

Salary: £45-50k per annum. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.

Reporting to: Regional Operations Director. Responsible for: Service Managers / Cluster Team Managers.

Your Role at a Glance

As Area Registered Manager, you'll be the CQC registered lead for one or more services in Birmingham. You'll ensure high standards of care, drive service development, lead high performing teams, and be a visible and proactive force for quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register with CQC for one or more services
  • Embed a person centred, values led culture
  • Deliver safe, high quality care across services
  • Coach, mentor and develop Service/Cluster Managers
  • Lead audits, compliance, and safeguarding processes
  • Manage budgets, rotas, and staffing in line with commissioned hours
  • Build strong partnerships with families and professionals
  • Identify business development opportunities
  • Maintain robust documentation, health & safety, and governance
About You

You're an experienced leader with a clear vision for delivering person centred support. You're calm under pressure, confident in your decision making, and dedicated to improving lives.

  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working toward it)
  • Strong background in supported living or complex care services
  • Solid understanding of CQC requirements and PBS approaches
  • A track record of managing people, risk, and quality effectively
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills
  • A flexible, resilient and values led approach
Requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Enhanced DBS (we'll cover the cost)
  • Satisfactory references
