£41,560 - £47,560 per annum + KPI Bonus up to £500 per month

Full Time Permanent 40 Hours Per Week

Are you an experienced Registered Manager ready to lead a brand-new residential service and truly make your mark?

We are recruiting on behalf of an established and highly regarded care provider for an exciting opportunity to lead a new 6-bed residential home in Liverpool supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and complex needs.

As Registered Manager, you will have the chance to shape the culture, standards, and success of this new service from the very beginning. The service will support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and associated complex needs in a safe, person-centred and empowering environment where independence and quality of life are promoted at every opportunity.

• Leading and developing a motivated, high-performing care team
• Creating a positive, values-led culture within the service
• Ensuring high-quality, person-centred support is delivered at all times
• Driving compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding regulations
• Managing staff recruitment, rotas, supervisions, and performance
• Building positive relationships with professionals, families, and commissioners
• Supporting continuous improvement and service development
• Promoting independence, dignity, and meaningful outcomes for residents

We're keen to hear from experienced leaders who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and support.

• Experience managing residential services for adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processes
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams effectively
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or equivalent)
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and participate in an on-call rota

• Salary up to £47,560 per annum
