Registered Manager - EBD Children's Home, Slough

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and Ofsted standards.
- Work alongside a highly experienced Responsible Individual and passionate owners to support registration and Ofsted preparation.
- Recruit, manage, and inspire a dedicated team of care staff.
- Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans for
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure excellent communication and outcomes.
- Monitor quality through audits, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and regulatory standards are consistently met.
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management for children and young people or equivalent (or working towards).
- Proven experience in children's residential care, ideally in EBD settings.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of Ofsted fundamental standards and regulatory requirements.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding, child-focused care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
