Provision: 3-Bed Children's Home (EBD & Mild LD)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: To be determined based on experience
Reporting To: Responsible Individual

As Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring that Ofsted requirements are met and exceeded while empowering your team to deliver outstanding care.
About the Home Supports Children Aged 7-17 (on admission)
Specialisms: Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Mild Learning Disabilities (LD)

We are searching for a passionate and experienced leader who is committed to delivering exceptional care to young people and developing a strong, motivated team.
Essential Requirements- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards it)
- At least 3 years' experience in a residential childcare setting
- Experience in EBD, LD, SEMH, CCE, PSB, Therapeutic, or Crisis homes
- Strong leadership & team-building skills
- ️ Experience leading Ofsted inspections
- ️ Passion for creating a warm, homely, and child-focused environment
- ️ A drive to exceed Ofsted standards and continuously improve care quality
- Lead & Manage the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance
- Support & Develop your staff, fostering a positive and nurturing work culture
- Build & Maintain strong relationships with the community and key stakeholders
- Ensure Safeguarding & Compliance with Ofsted, submitting required documentation
- Drive Continuous Improvement - ensuring outstanding care for every young person
