Job Description

Job Title: Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home
Location: Lytham, Lancashire
Salary: Up to £52,000 depending on experience
Number of Sleeps Required: N/A
Pay Per Sleep: N/A
Service: Children's Home
Service Users: YPs with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards)
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years as a Registered Manager or in a leadership role in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home
Employment Type: Permanent

Who we are looking for

An experienced, passionate, and motivated Registered Manager with a strong track record in children's residential services. You will lead a dedicated team and ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding and compliance in line with Children's Homes (England) Regulations and Quality Standards 2015.
