Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (DOE) + Performance Bonuses

About Us
We are currently seeking a Registered Manager for our brand-new children's home. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager or a confident Deputy Manager looking to step up. The role offers full autonomy and the opportunity to grow within a well-supported, forward-thinking organisation.

A second home is planned for acquisition in March/April 2026. The successful candidate will be considered for a Dual Registered Manager position at that time, which will come with a full salary review and further development opportunities.

Tasks

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the children's home

Ensure the home meets all regulatory and safeguarding requirements in preparation for Ofsted registration and inspection

Develop a child-centred culture that promotes positive outcomes for the young people in care

Lead, mentor, and support the staff team to provide high-quality care

Ensure the implementation and ongoing review of individual care plans and risk assessments

Take full ownership of the home and work closely with the Responsible Individual

Maintain high standards of compliance, safeguarding, and care delivery

Requirements

Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

Previous experience as a Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager in a children's residential setting

In-depth understanding of Ofsted regulations and children's home legislation

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

Must hold a valid Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available)

DBS check (copy required)

Valid passport or share code (if not a British passport holder)
