Shaping a new service from day one brings a rare level of ownership, and this Registered Manager role offers exactly that. You will lead the setup of a new children's home while having the support of an experienced RI, giving you the platform to build things the right way from the start. This opportunity would suit a Home Manager or Registered Care Manager ready to create a high quality service.
You will have full involvement in recruitment, culture, and care delivery, with the freedom to embed your own standards while progressing into a dual registration setup as the service grows.
Package & Benefits- Salary up to £65,000 per annum.
- Bonus structure up to £8,000 across both homes.
- 28 days annual leave rising to 31 days with service.

This provider is investing in a small, high spec children's home model, focused on creating safe, spacious environments for young people with emotional and behavioural needs. The approach centres on quality over volume, with strong leadership support and a commitment to trauma informed care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the registration and opening of a new EBD children's home from inception.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a values led care team.
- Embed trauma informed, relationship based practice across the service.
- Take full accountability for quality, compliance, and outcomes, with scope to become dual registered.
- Experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager within a children's residential setting.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.
- Experience working within EBD children's homes.
