Full Time Up to £40,000 per annum Swansea & Bridgend Area
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee six exceptional supported living services across the Swansea and Bridgend area. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a passionate team that truly makes a difference, delivering person centred care and support within warm, welcoming environments.
This role carries full Registered Manager responsibilities and additionally requires close operational partnership with and support to the Responsible Individual (RI).
Main duties of the jobIn addition to fulfilling the full statutory and operational duties of a Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage the day to day operations across all six services, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
- Work in close partnership with the Responsible Individual (RI), providing ongoing operational oversight, performance reporting, regulatory feedback, and strategic support.
- Support the RI with compliance monitoring, service audits, improvement plans, and governance processes.
- Inspire, motivate, and develop your team through effective leadership, coaching, and performance management.
- Maintain full compliance with regulatory and company standards, ensuring robust governance and quality assurance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with families, external professionals, commissioners, and regulatory bodies.
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently to ensure financial sustainability.
- Champion person centred approaches that promote independence, dignity, and well being.
- Must have full UK driving Licence.

A beautifully renovated six bedroom home finished to a high standard. The people we support enjoy a variety of meaningful experiences, including visits to popular seaside destinations such as Porthcawl, Aberavon, and Barry Island.
North Lodge
Set in the countryside near Bridgend, North Lodge offers scenic surroundings alongside specialist support for adults with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and autism. The home includes four individual flats, private bedrooms, shared kitchens, communal lounges, and a peaceful garden designed for calm and connection.
5 & 6 Mill Row
A four bedroom supported living home for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Featuring accessible ground floor bedrooms, open communal spaces, and a private garden, it provides comfort and independence in a homely setting.
Garth Mountain
A charming five bedroom home set within extensive grounds, offering beautiful mountain views. The property includes two sitting rooms, a spacious communal kitchen, utility room, and ample outdoor space. Located close to the town of Maesteg, it offers both tranquillity and community access.

Qualifications- NVQ level 5 in Health and Social Care
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
Depending on experience, the salary may be up to £40,000 per annum.
