Registered Manager - Supported Living

Location: Manchester

Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm + On-Call Full Time, Permanent

An established care provider seeks an experienced registered manager to lead a supported living service across seven homes in the Manchester area, supporting thirty five residents with mental health needs. This leadership role manages a sizeable team and multi site operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day to day management of seven supported living homes
• Oversee care delivery for thirty five residents with mental health needs
• Lead, develop, and support a team of around thirty staff
• Ensure full CQC compliance and quality standards
• Manage care planning, assessments, and reviews
• Build strong relationships with local authorities and commissioners
• Participate in the on call rota

Requirements

• Proven experience as a registered manager in supported living
• Level5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (essential)
• Strong CQC and care planning knowledge
• Experience working with local authorities
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
• Confident, hands on leader
