Permanent Senior Leadership Role Eden Brown Synergy

Eden Brown Synergy is partnering with a Private Fostering Service in North London to recruit a Registered Manager. This is a senior role for an experienced fostering professional to lead the day-to-day operations, safeguarding, and strategic development of the agency.

You will oversee the operational management of the fostering service, ensuring compliance with Fostering Regulations 2011, National Minimum Standards, and Ofsted requirements. Acting as Safeguarding Lead, you will support foster carers, staff, and children, while liaising with Local Authorities and stakeholders. You will also lead staff supervision, recruitment, training, and foster carer support, maintaining high-quality placements for children and young people aged 0-18.

• Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
• Experience as a Registered Manager or senior fostering leader
• Knowledge of Fostering Regulations, NMS, and Ofsted compliance
• Experience in safeguarding, permanency planning, and fostering management
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to undertake)

• £65,000 per annum
