Job Description
Registered Manager - Nursing Home (TR-JOB-35217) 
Location: Calne, England. Sector: Social Care. Salary: £55,000.00 per annum.
The Role- Take full operational responsibility for a 44-bedded nursing home
- Provide visible, hands on leadership to a dedicated team
- Oversee care delivery across elderly and dementia care
- Manage and support a team including 6 qualified nurses
- Maintain and build on the current Good CQC rating
- Drive occupancy growth from current 38 residents
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a care home setting
- Nurse (RGN/RMN) or non nurse considered
- NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care preferred
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
- Experience managing nursing and dementia services
- Hands on, visible leadership style
- Must be local to the Calne area
- Family run 44 bedded nursing home
- 38 current residents
- Elderly and dementia care
- 25 nursing residents supported by a team of 6 nurses
