Are you an experienced Registered Manager ready to lead a trusted and established Children's Learning Disabilities (LD) home in Liverpool? - Salary £55,000-£60,000 per annum.

You will be joining a reputable provider with a long-standing commitment to safeguarding and delivering high-quality, consistent care for children with learning disabilities. Your Key Responsibilities- Hold full Ofsted registration and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the staff team, maintaining clear standards and accountability.
- Oversee day-to-day operational management, ensuring safe and high-quality care.
- Drive stability, positive outcomes, and a consistent therapeutic environment.
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children's LD home.
- Strong experience leading Ofsted inspections and maintaining compliance.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, or actively working towards it.
- A passionate leader who values structure, clarity, and person-centred care.
