Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care
Location: Barnsley / Rotherham
Full-time 40 hours/week
£35,000 - £45,000 DOE + Bonuses + Benefits
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our growing domiciliary care branch. What You'll Do
- Lead, supervise, and support branch staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of care staff.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health & safety standards.
- Conduct client assessments and care planning with a focus on dignity and independence.
- Manage rotas and ensure all care calls are covered effectively.
- Drive branch performance, quality, and business growth.
What You'll Need
- Experience managing care services or leading teams in health/social care.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Flexibility to support out-of-hours cover when needed.
