Salary: £60,000 per annum + £12,000 Welcome Bonus
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Service: Children's Home - Therapeutic Assessment Service
Service Users: YPs aged 7-17 with EBD
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Children & Young People's Workforce; QCF Level 5 Leadership & Management (or willing to work towards)
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years in senior leadership / Registered Manager role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a brand-new children's therapeutic assessment home. This role is ideal for someone who:
Has experience working alongside clinical and therapeutic teams
Can create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for young people
Is confident in opening and registering a new service with Ofsted
Leads with empathy, professionalism, and strong safeguarding values
Is committed to delivering outstanding outcomes for children and young people
You will be joining a specialist provider of therapeutic residential care, operating structured assessment homes that focus on stabilisation, emotional regulation, and long-term positive outcomes for young people.
