Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or willingness to start within 6 months of employment

Experience in Years: At least 2 years in residential childcare, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years

As a Registered Manager, you will be supported to deliver outstanding care, develop a strong team, and achieve high-quality standards for the young people in your care.

Essential Requirements and Experience

Passion: Commitment to making a positive impact on young people's lives

Experience: At least 2 years in residential childcare, including 1 year in a supervisory role

Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or willingness to enrol within 6 months

Knowledge: Familiarity with The Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements

Skills: Leadership, planning, organising, and budget control

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills

Understanding Trauma: Knowledge of the needs of children with behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties, including managing challenging behaviour

Driving License: Full UK required
