Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Melksham
Salary: £60,000 plus £12,500 welcome bonus
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Service: Children's Home
Service Users: YPs aged 7-17 years with LD
Qualifications Required:
Level 3 Children & Young Persons Workforce
QCF Level 5 Leadership & Management (or willingness to work towards)
Experience in Years Required: Essential previous children's home & Ofsted experience

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager with strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, extensive children's residential experience, and the ability to lead, develop and motivate a high performing team.
You'll be passionate about delivering outstanding care, achieving positive outcomes, and creating a stable, nurturing environment for young people.
