  • Nursing Home Manager As Nursing Home Manager, you'll have full operational and clinical responsibility for the service, with the freedom to lead in your own style.
Key Responsibilities
  • Overall leadership of the nursing home
  • Acting as the NMC registered clinical lead
  • Maintaining and exceeding CQC standards
  • Supporting, mentoring, and retaining the nursing team
  • Overseeing care planning, audits, and governance
  • Managing staffing, budgets, and occupancy
  • Building strong relationships with families and professionals
  • Ensuring the home continues to deliver safe, person centred care
Who We're Looking For
  • RGN or RMN with an active NMC PIN (essential)
  • Experience as a Nursing Home Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up
  • Strong understanding of CQC compliance and clinical governance
  • Confident, visible leader with excellent people skills
  • Someone who values stability, quality, and long term leadership
