Registered Home Manager
Location: Children's Home, Corby
Salary: £48,000 - £50,000 per annum

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Home Manager to lead and manage our children's home located in Corby. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the home operates in accordance with all statutory regulations and standards, providing a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the children's home, ensuring high standards of care.
- Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance, support, and training.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of children and young people.
- Ensure compliance with OFSTED regulations and maintain high-quality care standards.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure financial sustainability of the home.
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including families, social workers, and external agencies.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and safeguarding within the home.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing a children's residential setting.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including OFSTED standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and support to children and young people.
