Registered Children's Home Manager Lead Care & Impact

Your Chapter Ltd in Poulton-le-Fylde is seeking a Registered Home Manager to lead a Children's Home, ensuring high-quality trauma-informed care and safeguarding. You will manage a diverse care team, oversee care planning, and work with education and health professionals to secure excellent outcomes for children and young people.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a fixed rota and occasional evenings/weekends.
