Registered Manager - Children's EBD Residential Home - Oadby - Up to £60,0000Oadby, LeicestershireSalary: £60,000 base OTE up to £65,000
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead an established 4-bed residential home for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) based in Oadby, Leicestershire.The home is fully operational with a committed staff team already in place, so you can hit the ground running from day one.
About the RoleAs Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, day-to-day management, and regulatory compliance of the home. You will inspire and support your team to deliver outstanding, child-centred care and ensure the best possible outcomes for the young people in your care.
- Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in residential childcare (or equivalent)
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management is desirable but not essential
- Current or previous registration as a manager with Ofsted
- Proven experience working with children and young people with EBD
- Strong leadership, safeguarding, and communication skills
- A genuine passion for making a positive difference in young people's lives
