Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Children's Home Manager to lead our team at an EBD (Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties) children's home in the beautiful town of Abergavenny. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities- Manage and lead a team of care staff, providing support, training, and supervision.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care that meets the individual needs of each child.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the well-being and development of children and young people.
- Liaise with external agencies, families, and stakeholders to support the children's care plans.
- Oversee the financial management of the home, ensuring budgetary compliance.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services or equivalent.
- Proven experience in managing a children's residential home, preferably with EBD experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A thorough understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
