Key Reponsibilities- Lead and manage projects from conceptual design through to construction, ensuring all phases are completed on time and within budget
- Develop detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
- Oversee site visits and ensure compliance with Irish building regulations and standards
- Contribute to the design process, ensuring innovative and sustainable solutions
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- RIAI registration and full eligibility to work in Ireland
- A minimum of 5 years' post qualification experience
- Proven experience managing projects from start to finish
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit, MS Office and Adobe Suite. Experience with ArchiCAD is advantageous but not essential, as training is provided
- Strong technical, design, and communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience working on large scale projects (hospitality, residential, or commercial)
