Regional Water Maintenance Leader

Southern Water is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across our water infrastructure in Sussex and Hampshire. You will own asset health, supervise engineers and technicians, and develop regional strategies to ensure safe, reliable service.

The role requires a degree in engineering (or equivalent), 5+ years in maintenance management in utilities, and strong leadership, budgeting, and CMMS experience. Travel across the region is expected.
