Regional Sales Leader - New Building Solutions

KONE is seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to lead our New Building Solutions sales team across the North & Midlands, based between Birmingham and Glasgow. You will drive regional growth, coach multi-skilled reps, and secure major opportunities with key customers.

This hands-on role requires a strong customer-facing presence, strategic pipeline management, and the ability to balance growth with margin. You will report to the Regional Director and shape regional success.
